Standing on the sand after a raging nighttime storm, I am reminded that the sun will always rise just as the waves will always calm. HE is forever faithful in His promises to us. He is peace. He is light. He is all that we need to make it through.
Dearest Father God, We are always humbled by the magnificence of Your Glory. No matter how the storms rage around us, Your Light will always shine through to give us hope. Your mercy is new every morning, wiping away the sins of yesterday. Let us get up today with purpose and thanksgiving, ready to shine for you in someone’s dark world. In the Name of our most perfect brother, Christ Jesus, Amen.
